		abstract={This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance at PT. Pertamina (Persero) Fuel Terminal Sei Siak Pekanbaru, which is located on Jalan Tanjung Datuk, Tanjung Rhu, Lima Puluh District. With the existing population in the company PT. Pertamina (Persero) Fuel Terminal Sei Siak Pekanbaru, totaling 71 people with 46 people as samples. The sampling technique used by purposive sampling is a data collection technique with certain considerations. Data collection techniques are interviews and questionnaires. The types of data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis, which was then analyzed with validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression, t test, correlation coefficient and determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of transformational leadership style on employee performance.}
