		abstract={The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of supervision on employee performance at SPBU Subur Baru Madani In Kecamatan Kepenuhan, Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. The population used in this study were employees at SPBU Subur Baru Madani In Kecamatan Kepenuhan, Kabupaten Rokan Hulu with a total of 40 employees,while the sample taken as many as 38 people using the census method.The research method used is descriptive and quantitative methods. For the data analysis method, the simple linear regression analysis method uses the SPSS program. The results show that the variable, supervision has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at SPBU Subur Baru Madani InKecamatan Kepenuhan, Kabupaten Rokan Hulu.}
