		abstract={The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation and work stress on employee job satisfaction at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk Pekanbaru. The population in this study are all employees who work at PT. Indofood. The sampling technique in this study used the purposive sampling technique, namely the determination of the sample based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher, namely the production division employees, totaling 54 people. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis and SPSS 26 analysis. The results of this study indicate that work motivation partially has a significant positive effect and work stress partially has a significant negative effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk Pekanbaru.}
