		abstract={This study aims to identify and explain the Regent of Fifty Cities Regulation No. 9 of 2015 concerning Technical Guidelines for the Management of Nagari Special Allocation Funds. As well as to find out the inhibiting phenomena and obstacles in the implementation of the management of the Nagari Special Allocation Fund. This research was conducted in Nagari Durian Tinggi, Kapur IX District, LimaPuluh Kota Regency. The results of this study indicate that in the implementation of the management of the nagari special allocation funds, it is still not running optimally and effectively. One of the inhibiting factors in the Implementation of Fifty Cities Regent Regulation No. 9 of 2015 there is still a lack of facilities and equipment for the Durian TinggiWaliNagari Office. and the lack of nominal budget for the Nagari Special Allocation Fund.}
