		abstract={his research was conducted in Belilas, Seberida Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The problem raised in this study is how the forerunners of accounting by a restaurant entrepreneur in Belilas, Seberida Subdistrict, Indra Giri Hulu Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the appropriateness of accounting applications by restaurant operators whether they met the basic accounting concepts in conducting their business. This research uses two types of data, primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques carried out by interviews and questionnaires. As for using descriptive methods The results of the study, a discussion of the analysis of the application of accounting at restaurants in the District of Seberida Indragiri Hulu. it can be concluded that the recording done by the restaurant entrepreneur is not in accordance with the accounting concept.}
