However, seen from the data from the 2019 Pekanbaru City BBPOM Annual Report, violations were found against business people who did not meet the requirements and against production facilities that did not meet the requirements, follow-ups were given in the form of warning recommendations and strong warning recommendations to the local Health Office. The research objective was to determine the supervision of the Central Food and Drug Administration for dangerous foodstuffs in Pekanbaru City and to determine the inhibiting factors for the supervision of the Central Food and Drug Administration for hazardous foodstuffs in Pekanbaru City. The researcher chose to use three indicators, namely the setting of implementation standards (planning), determining the measurement of activity implementation, and taking corrective action. This research is a qualitative research. This research the authors conducted at the Food and Drug Supervisory Center of Pekanbaru City. The type of data used is primary data, namely data obtained directly from informants who are the object of research and secondary data, namely documents, archives and books, these sources can be literatures related to this research. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the control of food and beverages against hazardous food in the city of Pekanbaru was rated "Good Enough". The factors that influence the supervision of food and beverages against hazardous food in the city of Pekanbaru, the integrity of the supervision and control system is considered "Not Good".} }
