		abstract={One of the functions of the BPD is to channel the aspirations of the community. The channeling of these aspirations certainly requires support from the village community, especially in providing input and reports for the progress of village governance. Because it is from community participation in this development that the direction of village development is determined. The purpose of this research is to find out how the performance of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) of Tambun Village, Bandar Petalangan District, Pelalawan Regency in accommodating the aspirations of the community and to find out what are the obstacles of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) of Tambun Village, Bandar Petalangan District, Pelalawan Regency in carrying out its duties and functions. This study uses a qualitative method to describe the actual or actual situation regarding the Performance Implementation of the Tambun Village Consultative Body. There are 4 informants in this study consisting of key informants and informants. Based on the research that has been done, the results show that the implementation of the performance of the BPD in accommodating and channeling the aspirations of the Tambun village community, Bandar Subdistrict, Pelalawan District, using input, process, output, outcome, impact indicators shows that the Implementation of the Performance of the Tambun Village Consultative Body in accommodating and channeling community aspirations This has been done optimally, this can be seen from the BPD in accommodating the aspirations of the community, it is always done by holding meetings with the community by inviting the community to participate in deliberation activities through representatives of community leaders and by holding Musrenbang. The obstacle in implementing the performance of the BPD is the inactivity of BPD members in carrying out their duties and functions as channeling and accommodating community aspirations. Especially aspirations in the field of development and others as well as suggestions from researchers that the Village Government should build maximum communication with the community so that all aspirations can be accommodated properly. The village government should improve all efforts to accommodate the aspirations of the community by holding open meetings with the community.}
