		abstract={This study aims to determine and explain the effectiveness of the COVID-19  direct cash assistance program in the village of Kota Intan, Kunto Darussalam  District, Rokan Hulu Regency. There are 5 (five) research indicators used by the  author in this study, namely: program success, target success, satisfaction with the  program, input and output levels, overall goal achievement. The type of research  located in the village of Kota Intan, Kunto Darussalam district, Rokan Hulu  district, used qualitative descriptive analysis research methods. Where to conduct  research directly to the village head's office so that existing phenomena can be  based on actual facts when researching using this type of research with interviews,  observation and documentation. The technique of collecting informants used  purposive sampling because the informants who were taken had the necessary  information about assistance and were directly involved in Cash Direct Assistance  in the village of Kota Intan, Kecamaran Kunto, Darussalam, Rokan Hulu  Regency. Based on the research conducted, it was found that the effectiveness of  the COVID-19 direct cash assistance program in the village of Kota Intan, Kunto  District, Darussalam, Rokan Hulu Regency was running effectively, this was due  to a thorough and fair election to the community so that the underprivileged  people would get it and the community also felt helped by the assistance.}
