		abstract={The study aims to determine wheter thereis a significant relationship between motivation and learning outcomes IPA. This research is a correlation study. The research was done in clas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Siak Hulu 2018/2019 school year begin on oktober 05, 06 tooktober 08, 2018 with a sampel of 130 peopel. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires, documention, and interviews.the result obtained showed that the correlation between motivation and learning outcomes IPA is r = 0,283 with a contribution of 8%. Based on the these results it an be concluded the there is a significant relationship between motivation and learning outcomes of students in grade VIII OF SMP Negeri 4 Siak Hulu Academic year 2018/2019.}
