Data collection was carried out on April 22 to May 09, 2019. This type of research is a research development with ADDIE research design (analysis, design, develop, implement and evaluate). This research is limited to the implementation stage to see the practicality of the module and evaluate to see the module effectiveness. The subjects used were class XI MIA students, amounting to 34 people. Data is collected 3 times, namely the reproductive system. The instruments used in this study were written tests (cognitive learning outcomes), questionnaires, observation sheets. Data processing techniques in this study are descriptive data analysis techniques and inferential data analysis techniques. The results showed that the value of N-gain in cognitive learning outcomes of 0.82 (high category) showed that the effective Biology module was 89.38 (very effective).
