The objective of this study is student of class Eighth Grade Junior High Schools are Five Siak Hulu which amounted to 31 students to 13 female students and 18 male students with characteristics and students heterogeneous capabilities. The form of this research is classroom action research.Instrument data collectors in the research is to use an observation sheet activities of teachers and students and learning motivationquestionnaire before and after implementation of cooperative learning with quick on the draw. Sheets observations in qualitative descriptive analysis, while questionnaires were analyzed by percentage.Based on data obtained from motivation questionnaire before and after the action in its entirety on to score motivation of students before action is 63,83% with the criteria of sufficient motivation while score motivation of students after action is 75,96% with the criteria of strong motivation.From the result of research and discussin conclude that the implementation of cooperative learning model with activity quick on the draw can improve the learning process and increase students ? motivation to learn mathematics in class Eighth Grade Junior High Schools AreFive Siak Hulu.} }
