		abstract={This study aims to analyze the development of beef and the variables that influence it, the factors that influence it and the elasticity of beef supply in Indonesia. This research was conducted by using the literature study method and the data used in the Time Series over a period of 29 years and analyzed using the Multiple Linear Analysis method. The results showed that the price of beef and the price of chili in Indonesia had a significant positive effect with an inelastic response. Meanwhile, the price of chicken meat and the previous year's labor wages have no significant effect on beef supply in Indonesia with an inelastic response. A proper policy is suggested to the government, namely lowering beef prices and increasing beef exports in order to reduce the level of beef imports. Because this policy can reduce the price of beef.}
