		abstract={This study aims to determine the effect of customer satisfaction on consumer loyalty to buy jelly grass ubed at stall. Problem in this study is: "Does customer satisfaction significantly influence customer loyalty when buying grass jelly ubed at diponegoro street on Belilas ,Seberida, Indragiri Hulu District? "Button. This research was conducted at the ubed shop on Diponogoro Street, Titian Resak Belilas Village, Seberida District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Types and sources of data used are primary and secondary data, data collection techniques obtained through questionnaires and interviews. The study population is all consumers who are buying jelly ice at ubed stores, while the sample uses the Purposive Sampling method where the sample is determined with certain considerations. The results of this study indicate that consumer satisfaction has an influence on consumer loyalty with a count (20.319)> table (1.988) and the resulting significance value of 0.000 is still below 0.05, the hypothesis in this study is accepted.}
