It can be obstacle for students in understanding the material used during the learning process.This study aims to determine the difficulties in learning Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) I of students in Faculty of Education and Teacher Training Universitas Kristen Indonesia (UKI).This study was conducted at Universitas Kristen Indnesia (UKI) Faculty of Education and Teacher Training in 2017/2018 the academic year (even semester). This study is used descriptive analysis, the sampling technique in this study is used purposive sampling. The instruments used were 26 questionnaires using a Likert scale of 1 to 5 and 3 questions in the form of essays.The results showed the average percentage of the students' score in the factors of motivation and interest were 72.2% good category, the factors of readiness and attention were 71.8% in the good category, and the campus factor was 70.8% in the good category. However, in the use of Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Software version 21 in the ICT I subject students experience learning difficulties because the steps to process their data and the use of their applications are very difficult to understand, SPSS is a complicated and difficult to understand material, students need a lot of time to studying the steps of the research, SPSS is an application that has a high enough analytical ability.
