One of them is on the Mexican-American border. Human trafficking is a crime by recruitment, selling, buying, moving, and hiding a person or group by the use of force, threats, fraud, and coercion. There have been many victims in this cycle of human trafficking. The Mexican state in the administration of President Felipe Calderon in 2007 took steps to deal with human trafficking as outlined in the Prevent and Punish Trade in People Policy. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of the Prevent And Punish Trade In People Policy conducted by President Felipe Calderon against human trafficking in Mexico-United States border in 2006-2012. The author uses qualitative descriptive research method and the type of data collection is secondary data through literature research. The author uses using the concept of Human Trafficking, Policy, and Human Rights. The final results of this study show how the Prevent and Punish Trade in People policies are implemented.} }
