Penelitian ini melakukan pengujian dengan data panel pada sampel perusahaan LQ45 non-keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2015-2017 dengan pendekatan fixed effect model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan institusional dan board independence tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen. Sedangkan, kepemilikan manajerial dan likuiditas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Akan tetapi, free cash flow berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Hasil ini mengungkapkan secara keseluruhan bahwa kebijakan dividen digunakan sebagai upaya untuk mengurangi konflik keagenan dengan menyelaraskan kepentingan manajer dengan kepentingan pemegang saham eksternal.} }
