Regresi berganda adalah model analisis yang digunakan oleh studi ini untuk menguji beberapa variabel yang mempengaruhi kebijakan dividen seperti Profitabilitas, Leverage Keuangan, Free Cash Flow, dan Likuiditas. Sampel penelitian dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga sampel yang didapatkan berjumlah 138 data dari perusahaan property dan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI selama periode 2015-2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Free Cash Flow dan Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Dividen, Sedangkan Leverage Keuangan dan Likuiditas tidak berpengaruh signifikan.} }
