abstract={Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh Komitmen Organisasional dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja karyawan perusahaan garment di Surabaya. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan cara purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sebesar 100 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan instrumen kuesioner dan selanjutnya diolah dengan teknik analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS statisctic 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Komitmen Organisasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Variabel Motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.. Artinya ketika Komitmen Organisasional dan Motivasi yang dimiliki karyawan tinggi, maka Kinerja Karyawan akan meningkat.}
