This research discusses the quantity and quality of clean water that has been used by the community in Makartitama Village, Lahat District, Lahat Regency, especially those who get the distribution of water from bore wells. This study aims to analyze the quantity and quality of drilled well water in Makartitama Village.

Drilled well water is clean water that is used for daily needs and will become drinking water after cooking it first. Clean water is water that meets the requirements of the drinking water supply system. The requirements referred to are in terms of water quality which includes physical, chemical and biological qualities. so that if consumed it does not cause side effects.
