The research objective was to determine the significant effect of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes in South Sumatra and the Bangka Belitung Islands. This research was conducted at the South Sumatra Regional Directorate General of Taxes and the Bangka Belitung Islands. The study population amounted to 135 employees. The study sample was taken using the proportionate startified random sampling technique so that the sample amounted to 92 respondents. The data needed is primary data. The data collection technique is a questionnaire. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis with multiple linear regression analysis, F test, and t test. The results of the study is Multiple linear regression results show there is a positive relationship between discipline and work motivation with employee performance. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that there is a significant influence between work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at the South Sumatra Regional Directorate General of Taxes and the Bangka Belitung Islands.
