		abstract={IWAN ARIFIN. Response of Village Unit Cooperative Members to The Existence (KUD) Mukti Jaya in District Sungai Lilin of Regency Musi Banyuasin (guided by SUTARMO ISKANDAR  and RAHMAT KURNIAWAN).
	This research aims to find out and describe the response of village unit cooperative members to the existence (KUD) of Mukti Jaya in Sungai Lilin District of Musi Banyuasin Regency. The research was conducted at The Mukti Jaya Cooperative in Bumi Kencana Village in Sungai Lilin District area of Musi Banyuasin Regency from January to March 2020. The research method used is a mixed combine method. The sample withdrawal method is proportionate stratified random sampling with Slovin formula, so that 80 members of KUD Mukti Jaya. The data collection method used is a poll with likert scale and documentation. Data processing methods in the form of qualitative descriptive analysis that is quantitativeized by percentage. The results showed that the response of village unit cooperative members to (KUD) Mukti Jaya in Sungai Lilin District of Musi Banyuasin Regency amounted to 83.3% with moderate category}
