This also demands the improvement of transportation facilities and infrastructure in Palembang City. The increase in the number of vehicles that are not balanced with the development of infrastructure will cause conflicts on roads, especially intersections. So far on the road section to the center of Palembang at certain hours there is often a flurry of ineffective traffic with road performance which plays an important role in transportation. One of the points that often occurs traffic conflicts is at the intersection of three unsignaled Sukabangun 2 Street, Sukarame District, Palembang City. This study was conducted to analyze and evaluate the performance of intersections by calculating intersection capacity (C), degree of saturation (DJ), delay (T) and queue opportunity (Pa). Data was obtained through the results of a vehicle volume survey from 06.00 ? 18.00 WIB for one week. The analysis method is in accordance with the Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI 2023) as a reference in research. The results of the intersection analysis found that the highest traffic volume occurred on Monday, December 4, 2023 at 16.30 ? 17.30 WIB with 3654 total vehicles, with a capacity value (C) = 2315 smp / hour, saturation degree (DJ) = 0.89, delay (T) = 36.21, and queue opportunity (P_a) is: 31.8 ? 56.9.
