abstract={This research aims to find out how the Interna Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)are implemented in patients at dr. M. M. Dunda Limboto hospital. The research methoduses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The research results showedthe implementation of interna standard operating procedures in patients is not yetrunning completely well. From the research results related to the implementation of SOPusing 3 (three) implementation indicators, there are 2 (two) indicators that have beenfulfilled, namely the service time and service cost indicators. Meanwhile, anotherindicator, namely the service flow indicator, is considered to have not been met. This canbe seen from the absence of visible service flow in the interna inpatient room thus thepublic or community does not know the stages of inpatient service.}
