A significant postpartum complication is mental health in the form of postpartum depression whose impact arises in the form of maternal health problems which are feared to cause postpartum complications for the mother and baby. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between parity and post-parum depression in the Limboto Community Health Center Working Area. The sample was 41 respondents. Data collection used the mother's MCH book to determine parity and the EPDS questionnaire to measure depression levels. Data analysis used chi-square. The results of the analysis in the "1st delivery" parity group showed that 81.2% of respondents were in normal condition, while 18.8% experienced postpartum depression. Meanwhile in "Delivery <5 Times", 79.2% had normal conditions, and 20.8% experienced postpartum depression. The statistical test results have a p-value of 0.872, which indicates that there is no significant relationship between parity and postpartum depression. Conclusion: There is no significant relationship between parity and postpartum depression. Suggestions for the midwifery profession to provide midwifery services, especially activating EPDS screening to detect postpartum depression.} }
