The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between nurses'attitudes and the implementation of patient safety standards in the emergency room at Prof. Dr. H. AloeiSaboe Hospital. . This research uses quantitative research. The population of 30 people in the emergencyroom at Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe Hospital, the sample for this research is 30 emergency room nurses,with a purposive sampling type, and the research instrument is a questionnaire. The results of the nurse'sattitude were in the good attitude category, with a total of 17 people (57%). And the fewest in the poorcategory were 13 people (43%), Implementing patient safety standards, the nurses who implemented themost patient safety standards were in the good category, with a total of 22 people (73%). And the fewest inthe poor category were 8 people (27%). .The research results show that there is a pvalue of 0.004, whichturns out to be lower than the previously determined significance level of 0.005. This shows that there is arelationship between nurses' attitudes and the implementation of patient safety standards. The conclusionis that there is a relationship between attitudes and the implementation of patient safety standards in theemergency room at Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe Hospital.} }
