		abstract={Diabetes Mellitus is a disease caused by the body not releasing or using insulin adequately, so blood glucose levels increase. This research aimed to determine the relationship between the level of adherence to insulin therapy and glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus at the Telaga Health Center, Gorontalo Regency. The research design was Quantitative with Cross Sectional approach. The sample amounted to 40 respondents, using the total sampling technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire sheet, using the chi-square statistical test with a significant level ? (0.05). It can be concluded that there is a relationship between adherence to insulin therapy and glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus at the Telaga Health Center, Gorontalo Regency. The results obtained obedient respondents with normal glucose levels 35 people and non-compliant respondents with high glucose levels as many as two people and low as three people with a p-value of 0.000.}
