abstract={This study aims to examine the effect of implementing medicine centralization on the satisfaction level of inpatients in the internal room of the RSTN Boalemo Regency, Gorontalo Province, using an analytic descriptive method, through a cross sectional approach. This research was carried out by first interviewing 85 people out of a total of 275 people who had received services in the internal room of the Boalemo Hospital from June to September 2022. The results showed that the implementation of medicine centralization was in the effective category with a very high percentage of patient satisfaction. tall.
