Covid-19 is a virus that continues to plague the international community, especially the Indonesian people. From late January to early February 2020, this case first surfaced in Wuhan. The Covid-19 case started to spread from the Hubai region to various provinces in China, and the virus gradually spread widely throughout China and all countries throughout the world. This thesis utilizes qualitative analysis techniques. Qualitative research aims to understand better phenomena such as behavior, perception, motivation, action, and emotion in research subjects. This study's findings show that the Standards and Policy Targets in the BST Program Implementation in Mataram are arguably very successful. From a procedural standpoint, it has been operating according to the established framework, even though the aid funds were nominally insufficient to meet their needs in a month. The BST program's implementation is still divisive from an environmental standpoint (economic, social, and political), especially on the issue of KPM data, where duplicate data is still discovered. As a result, the BST program's implementation was unsuccessful and possibly off track. As a result, a number of interest and pressure groups criticized the KPM data used in the BST distribution.} }
