World Innovative Telecommunication Palopo City. The population as well as the sample in this study were all employees of PT World Innovative Telecommunication Kota totaling 63 employees. Using a quantitative approach. The method of analysis in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate the competency and motivation variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. partially the competency and motivation variables also have a significant effect with a significance level of 0.05. Meanwhile, from the results of the determination test, it is known that competence and motivation have an influence on performance by 74.5% and the rest is influenced by other variables which are not included in this study. Knowing these results competence and motivation must continue to be built to further improve the ability and spirit of employee performance so that the company continues to develop and progress.
