		abstract={This study aims to know the effect of local revenue and capital expenditure on the financial performance of the regional government of East Luwu district. The sample in this study is a report on local revenue and capital expenditure for seven years from 2014-2020 with purposive sampling as the method. The result of this research is that local revenue has a insignificant effect on the financial performance of local goverments and capital expenditure has a significant effect on the financial performance of local goverments
