THE INFLUENCE OF CAPITAL STRUCTURE AND THE SIZE OF THE COMPANY ON FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE ON PT. VALE INDONESIA Tbk

The financial performance of the company is a picture of the financial condition of a company that is analyzed with financial analysis tools so that it can be known the good financial condition of a company. This research aims to find out the influence of capital structure and company size on financial performance on PT. Vale Indonesia Tbk in 2010 - 2019. This research uses this type of quantitative research. The population in this study is PT. Vale Indonesia Tbk listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Period 2010-2019. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22. Test results showed the capital structure had a significant negative effect on financial performance and the size of the company had a positive effect on financial performance.
