		abstract={This study aimed to describe the application of learning methods in improving the ability to learn badminton at SMP Negeri 10 Palopo. There were 16 students who became the sample in this study. The results show that the reciprocal teaching style applied to students can improve student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 10 Palopo. This is shown by the results from the pre-cycle to the second cycle that there is an increase in completeness in badminton backhand service ability as much as 82.33%. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the reciprocal teaching method can improve students' learning abilities.}
