		abstract={The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of labor, services, and spare parts on the income of workshops in North Luwu Regency. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The number of population in the study taken as many as 30 motorcycle repair shops. With data processing techniques using multiple linear regression test with the help of SPSS 23 software for windows. Calculations performed to measure the frequency and percentage of the total variation of the dependent variable that can be explained by the regression model. From the regression results above, the value of R squared (R2) is 0.961, this means that the independent variable explains the variation of motorcycle repair shop income in North Luwu Regency by 96.1% while the remaining 3.9% is explained by other variables outside the study. The results showed that spare parts had a positive and significant effect while the labor and service variables did not have a positive and significant effect on the income of motorcycle repair shops and simultaneously the variables of labor, service, and spare parts were positively related to the income of motorcycle workshops in North Luwu Regency
