		abstract={The purpose of this study was determine the Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on Regional Financial Performance in Southeast Minahasa Regency. The method used in this research was descriptive quantitative method using a secondary data analysis approach with a nonparametric test instrument using the Wilcoxon Test. Based on the research results, the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic caused a decline in the financial performance of Southeast Minahasa Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic compared to the previous year's performance, but the impact was not significant.
