abstract={Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Good Government Governance terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah Daerah Kota Palopo. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah Seluruh Pegawai dan Dewan di Sekretariat DPRD Kota Palopo. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Kueisoner penelitian menggunakan skala likert. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan Statistical Packages for Social Science (SPSS). Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa Good Government Governance terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah Daerah dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,187 % hal ini menunjukan bahwa tata kelola pemerintah Kota Palopo telah berjalan baik, namun masih perlu ditingkatkan. Untuk itu diharapkan penerapan Good Government Governance di pemerintahan di Kota Palopo di implementasikan secara baik, untuk meningkatkan kinerja pemerintah.

ABSTRACK
This study aims to determine the effect of Good Government Governance on the Performance of the Regional Government of Palopo City. The population and sample of this study were all employees and boards of the Palopo City DPRD Secretariat. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The research questionnaire uses a Likert scale. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Packages for Social Science (SPSS). The results of hypothesis testing show that Good Government Governance on Local Government Performance with a coefficient value of 0.187% shows that the governance of the Palopo City government has been running well, but still needs to be improved. For this reason, it is hoped that the implementation of Good Government Governance in the government in Palopo City will be implemented properly, to improve government performance.
