		abstract={The purpose of this research is to know the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of employees in Wara Subdistrict Palopo City. The sample in this study was 65 employees. The approach used is quantitative approach. The method of analysis in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of leadership style on employee performance. Then varied the culture of the organization to the performance of employees in the District Wara Palopo City.
