		abstract={Anjar Hady Lesmana, 2021 with the title " an effort to improve the long jump squat style using tires at SMP N 1 Mangkutana in class VIII? (supervised by M. Iqbal Hasanuddin, S.Pd,. M.Pd and Firmansyah Dahlan, S.Pd., M.Pd). Long jump is one of the sports in the field of athletics that is always contested. The purpose of the long jump is to increase the ability to grow and develop one's immune system so that it is always vital in any condition. By using this type of research is classroom action research (PJK) in the implementation of CHD is carried out 3 cycles in improving long jump ability. The object and location of this research are seventh grade students at SMP N 1 Mangkutana.
