abstract={Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah lingkungan kerja, pengalaman kerja,dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivita kerja karyawan pada PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera (SGS) Luwu. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif menggunakan data primer/sekunder. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan survei koesioner kepada 50 karyawan. Analisi dalam peneltian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Setelah data dikumpulkan data analisis di oleh menggunakan program SPSS ( statistic product service solution ) versi 24. Hasil peneltian dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda melalui uji T (persial), lingkungan kerja (X1) terbukti berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, pengalaman kerja (X2) terbukti berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, motivasi (X3) terbukti tidak berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan.

ABSTRAC
This study aims to determine whether the work environment, work experience, and work motivation affect the work productivity of employees at PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera (SGS) Luwu. The method used is quantitative using primary / secondary data. The data collection method used a questionnaire survey to 50 employees. The analysis in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. After the data were collected, the data were analyzed using the SPSS program (statistical product service solution) version 24. The results of the study using multiple linear regression analysis through the T test (persial), the work environment (X1) was proven to have an effect on employee work productivity, work experience (X2 ) proved to have an effect on employee work productivity, motivation (X3) proved to have no effect on employee work productivity.
