The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of convenience, efficiency and effectiveness both partially and simultaneously on the decision to order e-ticketing PT KAI (Persero) at the Mojokerto train station. This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of field research. the population in this study are the consumers of PT. KAI (Persero), namely train passengers who use the KAI Access e-ticketing service. Sampling was done using simple random sampling technique with 100 samples obtained as respondents. The data used in this study is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method in this study used research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, T statistical tests and F statistical tests. The data were processed using SPSS25 software and Microsoft Excel 2010. The results of the study simultaneously show that ease of use, efficiency of use, and effectiveness of use have a positive and significant effect on e-ticketing ordering decisions at PT KAI (Persero). Partially ease of use (X1) efficiency of use (X2) and effectiveness of use (X3) have a positive and significant effect on ordering e-ticketing (Y) PT. KAI (Persero) at the Mojokerto train station. In addition, based on the results of the questionnaire that has been distributed to passengers, passengers are satisfied with the implementation of e-ticketing at PT KAI (Persero).
