Self Awareness finds motivation,belief, personality,understands how about that factors can effect self evaluation, desicion, and interaction with another people. Counceling Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) is methodology technic that can help the problem who is caused by mindset disorder. This approach can be done to improve low self awareness of students. The main aim of counceling Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) is improving and changing attitude, perception, mindset, confidence, and irrational and illogical councelee viewpoints so that councelee can extend his self and improve self awareness of students. The Design of Research is preexperimental one group pretest post test design that will be analyzed. The population of this research are student of XI TKJ 1 dan XI TKJ 2 grade in SMKN that consist of 72 students. The sample are 6 experiment students. The instrument of this reserach are self awareness inventory and implementation of counceling Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT). The submission of self awareness are 52 items that tested to the validity of 100 respondents. From the result of correlation test, the item test are 48 items to be tested . The calculation of inventory reability is 0,644 more than 0,60so that can be concluded thet self awareness inventory can be used to capture the necessary data. Based on analyzing calculation, the result indicates that the mark of post- test is more than pre-test. Mean of pre-test are 55,0 and mean of post-test are 77,50 that indicate significant increment. Analyzing result with The Wilcoxon Matched- pairs Signed Test indicates Asym.Sig. (2-tailed) is 0,024. Because 0,024 is lower or less than (<) 0,05, then it can be concluded that Ha is accepted, which can be concluded there is difference between the result of pre-test and post-test, and can be concluded that ?the counceling Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) technic is effective to improve self awareness of students?.} }
