Proses pengolahan keripik pisang balado di UKM Flamboyan Kota Gorontalo dibawah bimbingan Ibu Lisna Ahmad S.TP, M.Si dan Bapak Muh. Tahir S.TP, M.Si Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengolahan keripik pisang balado di UKM Flamboyan Kota Gorontalo. Metode kajian adalah eksperimen dengan terlibat langsung dalam proses pengolahan. Data yang diperoleh diolah dan dilaporkan secara deskriftif kualitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kajian ini menunjukan bahwa proses pengolahan keripik pisang balado di UKM Flamboyan terdiri atas beberapa tahapan yaitu pengupasan, pengirisan, penggorengan, penirisan, pemberian bumbu balado.
