abstract={Dalam bekerja seorang karyawan dapat mengalami peningkatan atau penurunan kinerja. Hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai macam faktor yaitu diantaranya adanya stress kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stress kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. TASPEN (PERSERO) KANTOR CABANG UTAMA MAKASSAR. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut, diketahui bahwa stress kerja dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun yang paling berpengaruh dominan dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah kepuasan kerja.

In the work an employee can be increased or decreased performance. This can be caused by various factors, including the existence of job stress and job satisfaction. This study aimed to analyze the effect of job stress and job satisfaction on the performance of employees at PT. TASPEN (PERSERO) MAIN BRANCH MAKASSAR OFFICE. The data used are primary and secondary data. From this research, it is known that the job stress and job satisfaction have a significant influence on employee performance. However, the most dominant and significant influence on employee performance is job satisfafaction.}
