Ini adalah sebuah proyek perangkat lunak untuk menyediakan layanan video
and music on demand di Internet. Alat pemrograman PHP, Javascript, HTML dan CSS
dimanfaatkan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi dengan metode UML (United Modelling
Language).
Perangkat lunak ini diuji oleh network protocol analyzer sampai dengan 30 (tiga
puluh) terminal pengguna di Local Area Network , Delay Factornya (DF) hanya 2,4 ms,
yang jauh lebih kecil dari standar DF 9-50 ms.}
