Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan agency theory dan stakeholder theory. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2016-2020.Penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 80. Data penelitian merupakan data sekunder yang diakses melalui www.idx.co.id. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, cash conversion cycle berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap financial distress. Chief executive officer power berpengaruh negatif terhadap financial distress. Cash conversion cycle berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap leverage. Cash conversion cycle berpengaruh negatif terhadap leverage.Cash conversion cycle berpengaruh positif terhadap financial distress melalui leverage.
