		abstract={Tingkat persaingan antar perusahaan yang semakin kompetitif saat ini menyebabkan
perusahaan terus berupaya untuk meningkatkan produk dan layanannya agar tetap
unggul dalam persaingan. PT. Tri Mitra Lestari merupakan perusahaan jasa perbaikan,
perawatan dan persewaan forklift. Penurunan kinerja terhadap penyelesaian work order
secara tepat waktu menyebabkan pencapaian tujuan dan target yang kurang maksimal
oleh departemen servis dimana tidak diketahui penyebabnya. Dalam hal ini perusahaan
perlu segera melakukan evaluasi dengan melakukan pengukuran produktivitas guna
meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan di masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan metode Objective Matrix (OMAX) jika ditinjau
berdasarkan kriteria tenaga kerja. Hasil pengukuran produktivitas diketahui bahwa
produktivitas terbaik terjadi pada bulan Agustus 2022 sebesar 550 sedangkan
prroduktivitas terburuk terjadi pada bulan Mei dan September 2022 sebesar 150. Indeks
perubahan terhadap produktivitas periode sebelumnya mengalami peningkatan
terbesar pada bulan Juni 2022 yaitu sebesar 133,33% sedangkan penurunan
terendahnya pada bulan September yaitu sebesar -72,73%. Indeks perubahan terhadap
produktivitas standar mengalami peningkatan pada bulan Agustus yaitu sebesar
83,33% sedangkan penurunan terendahnya pada bulan Mei dan September 2022
sebesar -50%. Selain itu, diketahui kriteria yang kurang berkontribusi terhadap
peningkatan produktivitas adalah kriteria kualitas kerja karena memiliki jumlah data
indikator berwarna merah pada analisis Traffic Light System terbanyak yaitu sebanyak 5.

The level of competition between companies that is increasingly competitive today
causes companies to continue to strive to improve their products and services to stay
ahead of the competition. PT Tri Mitra Lestari is a forklift repair, maintenance and
rental service company. The decline in performance towards completing work orders
in a timely manner causes the achievement of less than optimal goals and targets by
the service department where the cause is unknown. In this case the company needs to
immediately evaluate by measuring productivity in order to increase company
productivity in the future. This study aims to determine the application of the Objective
Matrix (OMAX) method when viewed based on labor criteria. The results of
productivity measurements showed that the best productivity occurred in August 2022
at 550 while the worst productivity occurred in May and September 2022 at 150. The
index of change to the previous period's productivity experienced the largest increase
in June 2022 at 133.33% while the lowest decrease was in September at -72.73%. The
index of change to standard productivity increased in August by 83.33% while the
lowest decrease was in May and September 2022 by -50%. In addition, it is known that
the criteria that contribute less to increasing productivity is the quality of work criteria
because it has the highest number of red indicator data in the Traffic Light System
analysis, namely as many as 5.}
