Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pencatatan pembukuan sederhana yang dilakukan oleh  koperasi mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya. Penelitian jenis kualitatif yang digunakan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai melingkupi wawanca, dokumentasi dan observasi. Temuan studi menunjukkan bahwa Koperasi Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya belum membuat laporan keuangan jadi pencatatan yang dilakukan berupa pemasukan dan pengeluaran yang akan direkap setiap minggunya dan akan  dimasukkan berbentuk excel.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine simple bookkeeping records carried out by student cooperatives at the Faculty of Economics and Business at PGRI Adi Buana University, Surabaya. Qualitative type research used. Data collection techniques used include interviews, documentation and observation. The findings of the study show that the Student Cooperative of the Faculty of Economics and Business, PGRI Adi Buana University, Surabaya has not made financial reports, so the recording will be in the form of income and expenses which will be recapitulated every week and will be entered in excel form.
