Program dumisake ini dinas pendidikan mengirimkan surat kepada sekolah ?
sekolah SMA/SMK Negeri maupun swasta untuk mendata siswa yang tidak
mampu, setelah sekolah mengusulkan nama siswa yang tidak mampu, data
tersebut dikirimkan ke disdik, lalu meneruskan surat tersebut kepada Dinas Sosial,
Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Jambi untuk memperoleh data
DTKS sebagai acuan data dalam pemberian beasiswa.2) Permasalahan pemberian
beasiswa miskin pada tingkat SMA tidak terlepas dari hambatan ? hambatan
dalam pelaksanaannya dilapangan. Menurut pihak Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi
Jambi ada beberapa faktor ? faktor yang penghambat. Yang paling utama yang
menghambat yaitu masyarakat miskin yang layak menerima beasiswa miskin
tetapi tidak terdaftar dalam Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS)
Kata kunci : Implementasi, Beasiswa, dan Dumisake

This study aims: 1) To understand and analyze the Implementation of Providing
Poor Scholarship Assistance at the High School Level in terms of the Dumisake
Jambi Mantap Program at the Jambi Provincial Education Office in 2022, 2) To
find out and analyze what are the Constraints and Efforts to Implement the
Providing Poor Scholarship Assistance at the High School Level SMA Viewed
From the Jambi Mantap Dumisake Program at the Jambi Provincial Education
Office in 2022: 1) How is the Implementation of Providing Poor Scholarship
Assistance at the High School Level Viewed from the Jambi Mantap Dumisake
Program at the Jambi Provincial Education Office in 2022. 2) What are the
Constraints and Efforts in Implementing the Granting Poor Scholarship Assistance
at High School Level Judging from the Solid Jambi Dumisake Program at the Jambi
Provincial Education Office in 2022 1) This dumisake program, the education
office sends letters to public and private SMA/SMK schools to record students who
can't afford it, after the schools propose names of students those who can't afford it,
the data is sent to the education office, then forwards the letter to the Social,
Population and Civil Registration Office of Jambi Province to obtain DTKS data as
a reference for data in awarding scholarships. 2) The problem of granting
scholarships to the poor at the SMA level is inseparable from obstacles. in its
implementation in the field. According to the Jambi Provincial Education Office,
there are several inhibiting factors. The main obstacle is the poor who are eligible
to receive poor scholarships but are not registered in the Integrated Social Welfare
Data (DTKS).
