The research method used is descriptive and quantitative. The production process consists of sorting, peeling, washing, slicing, soaking, frying, slicing and packaging. The raw material for 300 kg of bananas can produce 50 kg of banana chips. Solid waste consists of 10 kg ripe bananas/day, 138 kg banana skins/day, 2 packets of turmeric, 1 packet of salt, 1 packet of lime, 9 packets of damaged packaging, 2 packets of cooking oil, 2 kg of banana chip crumbs and paper. Absorb 30 pieces of oil/day. Meanwhile, liquid waste consists of water left over from washing 620 liters/day, soaking 133 liters/day, oil left over from frying 10 liters/day. The recommended implementation of clean production is the use of banana peel waste into banana peel flour, reuse of washing and soaking water (Water reuse) and procurement of oil spinner machines.} }
