		abstract={ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis 1). Karakteristik sosial ekonomi pengemudi Grab Bike di Kota Jambi. 2). Menganalisis pengaruh biaya operasional, curahan jam kerja, jumlah orderan, dan umur terhadap pendapatan pengemudi Grab Bike di Kota Jambi. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis kuantitatif yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1). Rata-rata karakteristik sosial ekonomi pengemudi Grab Bike yaitu jenis kelamin, umur, status pernikahan, jumlah tanggungan keluarga, tingkat pendidikan, status pekerjaan, pengalaman kerja, pendapatan, biaya operasional, jumlah orderan, dan curahan jam kerja. 2). Variabel biaya operasional, curahan jam kerja, jumlah orderan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan pengemudi Grab Bike di Kota Jambi. Sedangkan umur tidak berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan pengemudi Grab Bike di Kota Jambi. Secara simultan biaya operasional, curahan jam kerja, jumlah orderan, dan umur secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan pengemudi Grab Bike di Kota Jambi.

ABSTRACT

This research aims to analyze 1). Socioeconomic characteristics of Grab Bike drivers in Jambi City. 2). Analyzing the influence of operational costs, working hours, number of orders, and age on the income of Grab Bike drivers in Jambi City. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, namely multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show 1). The average socio-economic characteristics of Grab Bike drivers are gender, age, marital status, number of family dependents, education level, employment status, work experience, income, operational costs, number of orders, and working hours. 2). The variables of operational costs, working hours, number of orders have a positive and significant effect on the income of Grab Bike drivers in Jambi City. Meanwhile, age has no effect on the income of Grab Bike drivers in Jambi City. Simultaneously operational costs, working hours, number of orders, and age together have a significant effect on the income of Grab Bike drivers in Jambi City.
