		abstract={The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reward and
punishment on the performance of Go-Jek drivers in Kediri. This research uses a qualitative approach with a causal associative technique. The population of this research is Go-Jek drivers in Kediri City. The sampling technique suggests an accidental sampling approach with a total of 40 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The research instrument used validity and reliability tests. Hypothesis test used is t-test and f-test. Based on the results of research partially and simultaneously shows that reward and punishment have an effect on the performance of Go-Jek drivers in Kediri.}
